Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains the general payment procedures for services provided by ECOM DIGITECH. Specific payment terms mentioned in an approved quotation, proposal, invoice or written agreement will apply to the relevant project.

1. Service Pricing and Quotations

Service prices may vary according to project scope, deliverables, duration, technical requirements and other agreed requirements. Starting prices displayed on our website are indicative and may not represent the final cost of a particular project.

Clients should review the quotation carefully before confirming an order. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation or written approval.

2. Advance and Milestone Payments

An advance payment or milestone-based payment may be required before work begins. The applicable amount, payment schedule and project commencement conditions will be communicated in the relevant quotation or agreement.

Work will commence after the required payment and necessary project information or access have been received, subject to the agreed terms.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

Available payment methods will be communicated during the quotation or ordering process. Depending on the arrangements available for a particular transaction, these may include bank transfer, UPI or an authorised online payment gateway.

Do not assume that a payment method is available until it has been confirmed by ECOM DIGITECH or displayed in the official checkout, where applicable.

4. Invoices and Taxes

Invoices will be issued according to the applicable billing arrangements and legal requirements. Applicable GST or other statutory taxes will be shown separately where required. Whether a quoted price includes or excludes taxes will be specified in the quotation or invoice.

Clients should provide accurate billing details, including business name and GSTIN where applicable, before invoice preparation or correction.

5. Recurring Services and Renewals

Monthly or recurring services, including SEO, social media marketing and ongoing campaign management, will follow the billing cycle and renewal terms agreed with the client.

Continued services may depend on timely payment. Any change to the scope, fee or renewal arrangement should be agreed in writing.

6. Advertising Budgets and Third-Party Charges

Advertising spend on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads is separate from ECOM DIGITECH's management fee unless the approved quotation expressly states otherwise.

Domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, software subscriptions, stock assets, payment gateway charges and other third-party costs will be handled according to the applicable quotation or agreement. Clients should confirm who is responsible for each expense before work begins.

7. Payment Confirmation

A payment is treated as received once it has been verified through the relevant bank, payment provider or authorised payment system. Clients may be asked to provide a transaction reference for reconciliation.

Please do not share banking passwords, UPI PINs, OTPs or other confidential authentication details with anyone claiming to represent our business.

8. Delayed or Outstanding Payments

If a payment is overdue, we may contact the client to request settlement. Where permitted by the agreed terms and applicable law, work, campaign management, access to deliverables or ongoing services may be paused until outstanding amounts are resolved.

Any late-payment charges, if applicable, must be disclosed in the relevant agreement or invoice and must comply with applicable law.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund requests and cancellations are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, the applicable service agreement and relevant law. This Payment Policy does not independently guarantee or exclude a refund.

10. Payment Disputes and Errors

If you notice a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount or a payment that has not been reflected, please contact us with the transaction reference, payment date and relevant invoice details. Do not send passwords, OTPs or complete payment-card credentials.

11. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy when our payment processes or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Changes will not override rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be changed.
